Bio of New Dimension Crushers, LLC President
Robert Niemela – Bob has more than 30 years intense industrial experience. Throughout his tenure with Copper Range Company, White Pine, Michigan, Bob oversaw the installation and operation of a new LHD, primary crushing system, and served as superintendent over operation and maintenance of one of the world's largest underground crushing and conveying systems. He then moved on to Director of Mine Planning and Engineering.

While working for EXXON Company USA, Bob began as sole owner representative in the contracting office for the design of all crushing facilities at the Colony Oil Shale Project in Colorado. He also served as regulatory Affairs Advisor and Senior Staff Engineer for futuristic synthetic fuels development.

Bob was hired by Linwood Mining and Materials to upgrade the underground mining operation. During his tenure as General Manager there, all systems were transformed and modernized to insure company viability well into the 21st century.

As founder of New Dimension Crushers LLC, Bob currently serves as president.
