Have you thought about crushing underground?

We have!
PRESS RELEASE - 08/06/07
In the aftermath of destruction and chaos left in Katrina's path, New Dimension Crushers (NDC) recognized an immediate need for their innovative product. The NDC 3612 is a portable and powerful rock and debris crusher. Small contractors can crush materials, including concrete, brick and block, on-site, thereby reducing the labor and expense of trucking debris to an off-site crushing facility or landfill. Coupled to a skidsteer loader, the crusher turns on-site waste into usable aggregate commodity. This versatile unit is hydraulically powered by the loader, is easily connected, lightweight and its long-lasting industrial design is virtually maintenance free.
The company's founder, Bob Niemela watched in shock as Katrina hit. I knew the clean-up efforts were going to be like nothing we could ever have imagined. NDC's 3612 crusher was designed for on-site debris management and processing. We're proud to be a part of the clean-up and rebuilding process in New Orleans. Since the Model 3612 debut in New Orleans, utility crushers for skidsteers are now available in two sizes with additional horsepower for hard rock applications.
Companies involved in clean-up efforts are faced with the problem of finding landfill areas for the massive amounts of aggregate debris. The crusher provides an economical solution by recycling cement, bricks and blocks for use on-site where crushed material can be used again. It's a perfect solution, reducing labor time and cost while also providing a good use of waste materials.
Please watch our website for the introduction of our in-mine production crushers in 2008 - www.newdimensioncrushers.com.
We invite you to join us in our mining research efforts (please call Bob at 906-885-5333).
New Dimension Crushers' new and unique design for rock crushing empowers on-site mineral exploration and demolition crushing. By bringing the crusher to the site, the Rock Crusher eliminates human time, energy, transport overhead, and fines disposal fees. The reduction to bottom-line operation costs enables more precise bidding, winning more contracts.
Approximately 10 tons of rock is produced annually for every man, woman and child in the United States. Landfill volume nationwide is comprised of 15% recyclable inorganic material such as brick and concrete. These huge markets are ready for technical advancement and innovation.
New Dimension Crushers is poised to provide the first new crushing technology for these construction and reclamation efforts in half a century. The secured technology is unique in mechanical advantage, simplicity, and packaging, which allows for niche market entry where no other crusher manufacturer can compete for some time.
